A Walk in the Park

Crop top from Friends of Fancy | Collette necklace | Vintage skirt | ASOS bag | Spendless shoes

Since I started full time work, Joel and I pretty much never got a full day off together. Joel works 6 days a week (having only Monday's off), and I would work the traditional 9-5 hours. The only time we could spend a day off together would be if one of us took a sick day, in which case we were sick anyway. In recent weeks, I have been given Monday's off, so finally we enjoy the luxury of venturing off somewhere for a whole day together!

We took these outfit photos on our way back from lunch at the Queens together in Mt Lawley. Joel had a massive hankering for fish & chips, and I had a massive craving for a pint, so off to the Queens we trotted. After lunch we grabbed some pretty native flora for the kitchen table (from the gorgeous florist on the corner of Beaufort & Chatsworth), and cut through the once-stunning-now-not-so-pretty Hyde Park on our way home and to our comfy, warm bed.
